ILTM Cannes 2015 : A Practical Guide for Luxury Travel Attendees
International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) Cannes 2015 is the global flagship event for luxury travel and joins other core events organised by Reed Travel Exhibitions under the ILTM brand in the Americas and Asia Pacific and two specialist events in Japan and Africa.
ILTM Cannes will be hosted over 4 days at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès from 30 November to 3 December 2015.
The event provides an unrivalled opportunity for B2B networking between international suppliers, buyers and media and is expected to welcome over 3,000 influential decision-makers in luxury travel from around 100 countries with 78% not attending any other ILTM event and 30% being newcomers to the event.
A Pre-Scheduled Appointment agenda lies at the heart of ILTM, allowing attendees to choose up to 52 appointments from a select portfolio of elite travel buyers and suppliers covering sectors including aviation, cruises, luxury accommodation, elite concierge services, ski resorts, gastronomic experiences, spa and wellness, yacht charters and more.
The event will provide connections to other luxury travel professionals who are aiming to capture today’s luxury travellers that are seeking to explore the world – its cultures, cuisine, beaches, spas and experiences – in the ultimate style. The trend is changing and luxury travellers no longer just want to stay in their boutique hotels, but get out and discover the landscape, local arts, festivals, crafts and cuisine and therefore support local communities.
After long days of appointments, tourism professionals are invited to relax or party in Cannes with casual social networking events, or official ILTM functions. Don’t miss the Global Forum for networking and keynote speeches on the theme of storytelling, or the legendary champagne tower at the Official Party at Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez!

Coquillages Brun (‘Astoux & Brun’, 2 rue Louis Blanc) – Open daily with menus in French, English, Italian, German and Russian, this is the place to go for seafood. Exceptionally popular, they don’t take reservations but pass the wait time for a table by wandering through the nearby Marché Forville or Le Suquet before returning to feast on the freshest seafood platters, oysters and shellfish in town.
La Bouche à Oreille (7 rue des Gabres) – Away from the seafront, this tapas-cum-wine bar is an ideal bistro for a relaxed meal and glass of wine.
La Plage (Hôtel Majestic Barrière, 10, boulevard de la Croisette) – La Plage is the first beach on the Croisette to meet the standards of the coastline law and is the greenest beach on Cannes famous seafront boulevard with an eco-responsible ethos with its materials for production and the management of the products and waste. Open from midday until 4pm, La Plage is a fine waterfront choice for lunch or a drink with a view of the bay of Cannes.
